Formerly known as Metro Denver Real Estate Group, our team had won DMAR's prestigious To Team Award.
We are ecstatic! Our team of 25+ real estate associates was awarded the Top Number of Transactions Award at DMAR’s (Denver Metro Association of Realtors®) 38th Annual Excellence Awards.
DMAR is one of the largest associations in the Rocky Mountain region (6,000+ members). The Excellence Awards offers two categories to teams: the Top Sales Production award and the Top Number of Transactions award. As our team helped 261 buyers and sellers close last year, we ranked #1 among the hundreds of teams within DMAR! In Denver’s highly competitive market, this is an incredible feat! We could not be prouder of our passionate, devoted and effective real estate experts!
When our team leaders John McComas and Carl McNew decided in 2008 to form the Metro Denver Real Estate Group, they envisioned helping individual associates become top producers. Through John and Carl’s personal approach, our team has earned a successful reputation! During our time at Coldwell Banker, we also received their International President's Elite award! Only the top 8% of approximately 2,500 sales associate teams (in the U.S. and Canada) receive the award.
